We accept returns within 7 days from your delivery date on condition that the packaging is not opened. Note that some items cannot be returned such as books, CDs and electronic resources unless you were delivered a wrong item. You will have to notify us by email on support@raymondeducation.com and return the item in its original packaging. Please ship your item back to us using a registered courier service.
