We accept returns within 7 days from your delivery date on condition that the packaging is not opened. Note that some items cannot be returned such as books, CDs and electronic resources unless you were delivered a wrong item. We will endeavour to send you the replacement or refund your payment. Refunds will be done only through the original mode of payment.
